The last dirt shop. Can't even get a delivery within a major German city on the line. Also completely non-transparent. 1. Delivery date: taken vacation, waited 8 hours, no delivery. Also no information that will no longer be delivered. The online shipment tracking still says: "will be delivered today". OMG. No one can be reached by phone for hours. Finally, a telephone apology "don't know why there was no delivery either" - in your own company? 2. New delivery date confirmed by telephone and in writing. Exactly the same process, only this time nobody could be reached by phone at all. Finally canceled, will claim damages for loss of earnings and additional costs. In summary, absolutely ridiculous, non-transparent company - avoid at all costs.
