Unfortunately you have to give one star. Although I have been there several times now, the returns are not taken away.... The drivers are a disaster.... for what they do, they are probably paid way too well!!!!!! But the ladies and gentlemen on site are always friendly and always helpful

Outrageous handling of the ordered goods. The last order was simply thrown unpacked over the garden fence while the current order cannot be found, but was supposedly delivered at 6 in the morning. Contact to the company is only possible via a chargeable hotline.

CATASTROPHE!!!! Absolutely bad experience with this nox NachtExpess forwarding company! The doorbell rang once, when I was able to open the door, no one was there, and no notification was left. Unfortunately, the driver only left us the broken fence and denies having done it. Incidentally, we had to pick up the undelivered goods ourselves about 35 km away. So only trouble with the company!!! That's why I'll never order anything bulky from Autodoc again!

One star is too many. Lots of calls, lots of delivery promises. Apparently delivered at 11:57 p.m....? No package anywhere. The package is actually delivered the next day.
