underground ! Hardly anyone to reach by phone. Our delivery was announced, but then the driver simply couldn't find it and left it there in the warehouse. We took extra time off. Then it said: Delivery “probably Monday”…. We hope that we can at least deliver on can receive Monday safely

Biggest junk shop ever. When the goods arrive, they are usually damaged. You can only reach incompetent employees by phone who connect you to someone who does not answer the phone until you are automatically thrown off the line. Delivery window is generously given as 9am-3pm. A small addendum: the goods were not delivered as agreed, someone was only reached by phone after the 19th attempt. A new date for delivery must be agreed. Disgusting
