I have been waiting a package with a week of delay. Today, while I was at work, the delivery man called me to deliver the package but I was not at home. He started SHOUTING me because, apparently, I must be 24/7 at home to receive any package. He took the package back to Muenchen Flughafen (70 kms far from my town) and the company refused to send it on Saturday, that is my free day. And, last but not least, he did not leave any document with the tracking number of my package. Behaviour of the delivery man: 0 stars Professsionalism of the company: 0 stars Probability of hiring this company again: 0 stars

Worst delivery service possible. Waited two days at home and the delivery didn’t arrive. Only message was online saying that I wasn’t at home and therefore it’s my fault - despite me being at home and no one ringing the bell or no note being left (even though they say they left this). Absolute BS and the customer service is no help whatsoever. Avoid this “delivery service” if you have the choice
