Product expected to arrive today. We both work from home (homeoffice) and have a 10h-14h delivery window. At 10:43 get a email stating that "Sie nicht persönlich angetroffen". Confused, as nobody range the doorbell, I check outside. No delivery driver in the street, nothing in the postbox ( like a paper that a attempt was made ). Clearly the driver simply marked us as "not at home" and said FU to his job. Let the customer run after the package at some package storage. That is what you are paying for with GLS! O and GLS their website conveniently hides any contact information to increase the barrier to report this issue!
