delivery was planned on the 8.07, the package came at 9.07 (after changing the ETA arrival time 3 times throughout the day)... no letter in the mailbox, no information from the courier. No one is picking up the phone and I called all available numbers for customer service...

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are awful. Apparently the delivery guy came twice and no one was there...at our shop that is open all day long. No note, no call, no tracking. Then when you call to sort it out they do not seem to care. The guy was sort of nice on the phone, but clearly the company policy is not about solving problems.

Very bad service. No customer service answering. Waiting for a delivery that is late now, was about to be delivered "today" and as usual the predictions just got later and later. I stayed home all day and suddenly I got this message that they tried to deliver it, but no one was home. The same minute I got it, I ran down, no one was there. Just bad, can't recommend to anyone.

Never saw something like this. The guy screamed at us because he had to come twice (it's impossible to reach the company and agree on a delivery time). In a very rude manner he left our washing machine in front of the building and ran away. I've barely ever seen such a discourtesy by a delivery service.
