Well........trailer hitch ordered via Autodoc, NOX as a forwarding agent was the supplier: I got an email, you can choose 2 dates... I chose Monday or Thursday, you should just be ready from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The first delivery attempt was on Tuesday morning around 8am, of course nobody was at home. Called the hotline, "Well, if nobody's there, delivery isn't possible either," then referred to Thursday when someone was present. This morning at 5!! Then suddenly the delivery was in front of the block of flats, visible to the whole world. Just fine, a neighbor switched quickly and brought the thing into the stairwell! Everything arrived, yes........but only somehow 🤦‍♂️🤨

Absolute disaster. First the package was reported as delivered, although it was not delivered. After a few phone calls, it then found its destination and finally 16.9 return (wrong delivery by the dealer) registered and picked up on 4.10. A telephone marathon and 4 appointments named by Nox themselves were not kept. The two stars are for the customer service, they are always friendly and hard-working. Maybe the company concept should be fundamentally revised, I'll give the company a wide berth in the near future.

Nobody answers the service phone, inquiries by e-mail are not answered! With the wrong address, wrong company, the windscreen is parked somewhere in the middle of nowhere, although I gave my phone number and address. The recipient's address is clearly marked with a 1.50x1 meter sign and you drive right past it, which is hard to miss. I've been looking for the package for three days. Bad!

I can only agree with most of them. It is a mystery to me that this delivery service has not yet overrun the market. HOTLINE is underground and e-mails all come back with the information that it is the wrong address. In the broadcast tracking it says "delivered", but surprise ... nothing to be seen. Bad performance, bad after-sale service.

I can only agree with the previous speakers, zero contact, neither reachable by phone nor email answered. I am waiting for urgent auto parts and the shipment status is also unusable. All in all, I would never hire this company.
