I tried calling them to schedule a delivery and asked if anybody speaks English, the person answering the phone said “nein” and hung up on me. Then to makes things worse, they never called me before my delivery. When I went to check the status of my delivery it said “customer not met” and now I have to schedule a new delivery date.

Got a delivery from IKEA today. Unfortunately the wrong product. My item is listed in the loading list, but it was unloaded at another customer's. Communication not possible due to lack of knowledge of German. Then on the way back across the flower bed, although the path is next to it. Not recommendable. To the IKEA team. Please find another logistician. Signatures for receipt were also forged last time.

Employees are fired unnecessarily well so RHENUS backbreaking work allegedly 18 euro hours wages allegedly unlimited contract hahahahahahaha you can be happy if the 1200 euros pay out stay away if you no longer need employees they quit because of 1-2 absent days and threaten to get really sick so stay away
