I cannot recommend this shipping company. A total of 4 days vacation taken for a delivery of goods. There's no way this can be! The first 2 appointments, supposedly between 8 and 14, were not kept, no cancellation by phone, no goods. The 3rd appointment didn't work either, the driver was sick. 4 Appointment worked, but delivery by a driver who apparently spoke all languages, just not mine. Communication was very difficult. This company still has a lot of room for improvement, but that's not how it works.

Disastrously unreliable! Delivery of goods was notified by email, first from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (which in itself is an impossible time window), then 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., then 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and finally nobody came! A whole day wasted! Of course, nobody got in touch with this magnificent forwarding company, only at their own initiative a new appointment was made, which of course was not kept. Conclusion: If the name Spedition Raben appears somewhere in a delivery, either reject it screaming or run away! That was definitely the worst shipping experience ever!
