My package was sent by Spedition Raben and a delivery date was set the day before (employee was very nice). The appointment was kept and the driver brought the package to the front door of my apartment (very, very friendly). Highly recommended, gladly again next time.

The shipping company just doesn't seem to want to deliver. After calling 3 times they said they didn't have a truck or didn't fit in. What??? The delivery has already been promised for the third time, but I am still waiting for the delivery to this day. I would never use this shipping company again.
