This forwarding company is unfortunately the very last. Register the delivery of the goods yourself by phone for the following day, unfortunately neither the goods nor a call that the goods will not be delivered as announced, we would have liked to pass this information on to our customer who was waiting for it. In the future we will commission the transport of our consignments ourselves, this company no longer drives to our farm!

Contrary to the many bad reviews, I can't say anything negative about my delivery. The Raben company delivered our pool consisting of several pallets on time after a telephone announcement. Since my wife accepted the pool, the nice man even brought the pallets to the property. I/we were satisfied with the delivery.

Deadlines are not met, customers are not informed. I had to cancel the purchase, although the seller did an exemplary job, because Raben Trans couldn't make the delivery. Pity…

As already described by many other recipients, this forwarding agency is simply incompetent. Today is May 11th, 2022. The goods have been in the depot since May 2nd, 2022 The first delivery was probably an address error, which is not true. When the second delivery was made at 3:01 p.m., nobody was said to be available. Which is also not true because our office is always staffed until 4 p.m. And so forth. The drivers just don't feel like it. I've been trying to call them for 3 days but to no avail. No one ever answers the phone, I never get a call back. Raben Trans is just bad. The goods I ordered have already been sold by me. But I can't deliver because Raben is incompetent.

Ich kann leider nur schlechtes berichten. Bestellung in Österreich getätigt... erste Lieferung abhanden gekommen, darauf hin keinerlei Meldung oder Service seitens der Spedition. Nur auf mehrfachen Nachdruck über den Absender Informationen erhalten. Dann erneut die Ware losgeschickt und abermals über 3 Wochen keine Meldung von Raben bezüglich der Lieferung. Bei Nachfrage über den Händler sagten sie ich als Empfänger wäre nicht erreichbar... nicht ein Versuch wurde unternommen, weder angerufen noch Email geschrieben. Und wenn man versucht da wen zu erreichen, bekommt man entweder niemanden ans Telefon oder man findet nur falsche Emailadressen die nicht funktionieren. Einfach schlecht und viel zu inkompetent, Pakete auszuliefern.
