A single catastrophe! Since November we have been trying to make our new address clear to FedEx: in vain! We are currently waiting for a delivery that has been in stock at FedEx for 2 weeks and has not been delivered. The answer from the service center: we have no influence on that, you just have to wait.

Never again with Fedex. I had paid my customs duty to the driver. I have a receipt Now I get mail from Fedex every 10 days. With an open account. You will be put on hold on the phone until you give up. 20 cents a minute. After 10x email I never got a correct answer. Receipt of invoice sent by registered post to Fedex. After 8 days again received a reminder because of an open invoice. Result: I have to hire a lawyer. 1x stone is already too much.

I ordered something with FedEx in the US, the delivery cost was 355€ which I paid directly at my door and got a receipt too. Since then, FedEx has been sending me open invoices for this amount. I regularly open tickets and call customer service, my request is ignored. Meanwhile, I get letters threatening legal consequences for a bill that I paid immediately. The KSC always says on the phone: "This is completely normal and we get these calls every day"!!! Have you had the problem every day for months and aren't doing anything about it, just threatening your customers? What shoud that ?!! If I could, I would never order with FedEx again and also warn those around me!!!
