Awful delivery service. First time they didn't find my address. After I called they tried to deliver it again. The second time they still didn't find my address but called me and expected me to tell them where in Karlsruhe my address is. Now the package is in the Hagsfeld FedEx Station and they expect me to pick it up after their pathetic "delivery attempts". If they were there the second time, as they keep telling me, then what's the problem with ringing my doorbell like anyone else? And why is there no notification in my mailbox if they really were there the second time?
