The very last forwarding agency. Broadcast in Weinheim since April 9th. 2 times in delivery but not arrived, when asked I was told the address was not found! What else can I say? If a driver can't find a normal address in Germany, he has missed his job and should become a hairdresser. Then asking for money for the calls is the greatest mockery!!!!

This company clearly has the wrong name, it has nothing to do with Express and Innight. Slower than a regular mail package and unreliable. Better send it with Nightstar!!! It couldn't be worse, if you could give ZERO POINTS here, that would be the right rating!

A smooth zero !! Completely inadequate customer support, and unfriendly at that. The name of the person doesn't seem to matter either, has now been addressed three times with a different name. The package was supposed to be delivered in one day, now it's been almost 5 days. No response to questions about delivery or why the shipment has been at the same location for days. For private customers, delivery times are completely pointless and simply stand in front of the door and bad luck between midnight and 8 a.m. Inquiries about a pickup would obviously have been faster! No reaction Never, never, never again

It's that time again !! Due to a line delay the goods are simply NOT shipped. The goods are in Weinheim and I am not allowed to serve myself. No matter how many customers complain and no matter how many packages are left, bye bye tomorrow morning! It is only 1 day late! The driver who comes tonight will be happy. The may not only deliver his cargo, but, all other packages that are already 24 hours in Weinheim. What organization !! What logistics !! When I asked the nice responsible lady, why the goods are not delivered later, came the answer: We do not have anyone who can drive! So a company nationwide / Europe is traveling, has none of the goods can continue to deliver? What logistics !! I asked her the 2 question: Why is not planned for the future so that someone, from me from 450 euros basis is taken over and "if necessary" the leftover goods delivered? The nice lady answered like this: Thanks for the suggestion, I wrote everything down. That would be A: Customer friendly (even if the customer does not get the money for this service) and B: People like me would then have the opportunity to take care of other things that will eventually get you there! I do not think the management will react, as long as nobody 'complains' nothing happens. My clients are repeatedly upset and many others in southern Germany too. Greeting E.R.

Yes, shipments are delivered early in the evening until the next working day! Yes exactly! Broadcast was on 02.04. abandoned and is still the 09.04. still haven't arrived at me! My email will not be answered either! Dirty loading, never again!
