1. No working hours displayed. 2. Unprofessional. A. Not willing to communicate, explain the situation, understand the driver situation. (Unloading) B. Manipulating for days with reference numbers and documents. A. Loading one day half. B. Incomplete paperwork. C. Loading second day the rest. 3. Selective to non German and non EU drivers. A. Waiting 6 hours for unloading while the rest who came after us were unloaded. B. Because of this selectiveness, they put me late for the pick up and had to stay 4 days on the street in front of Rhenus. 4. Very rude toward English speaking drivers or better said toward no German speaking.
