Delivers a day later, with no info or announcement of the delay. Also: Repeatedly heavy goods (large windows, not even just unloading by hand) on a stack of 3 Euro pallets, although the windows are on a disposable pallet from the manufacturer. A rogue who recognizes a system here to rip off private customers with the invoicing for pallets. Luckily I have enough Euro pallets for an exchange, but you really have to urge the driver to accept them. I strongly suspect that the drivers are instructed accordingly to bring as many pallets as possible to the people for billing. If I have the choice - never again ravens.
