Doesn't even deserve one star. This shipping company can deliver everything except parcels!! After my package has been in Barleben for 11 days and after 4 phone calls where no one knows anything about anyone, I can only hope that our package will finally arrive tomorrow. I have never experienced anything like it!! The hotline is the worst ever and not to mention the station directly on site!

If I could give no stars then I would. The drivers are super nice but this is supposed to be about the telephone service. Totally rude and overwrought
