Extreme problems arose with an international delivery for the second time. Even though I've paid both times, I get payment reminders out of nowhere. Not sure if inattentive customers are being taken advantage of and it's a scam to scam even more money, or FedEx is just horrible to work with and processes don't work. All in all absolutely underground, so I don't understand how this company can hold its own.

I feel like I've been the only person to drop off a package there for years. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with this situation. But everyone has been very nice and I was able to send my package without any problems. There is also a super large visitor car park. I'm not sure why they have it. But they have him. And attention. You are misdirected on Google maps. If you are standing in front of the church in Steinach and are looking for Fedex, you are wrong. In summary one can say. Was ok (as long as my package arrives)

Unbelievable!!!!! 2 packages (30 kg and 50 kg): 1st was just a day late. The box was destroyed and the package was left unattended in front of the house. 2nd was 3 days late!!! And the package was damaged on the street! I had to bring both home myself (I'm 170 cm and 45 kg.....)! Ok.. The worst thing is that the packages were worth 2000€ and left unattended on the street in the rain.

This branch should be closed. Parcel with delivery in 2-3 days still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, in the tracking constant lies that the appointment was postponed at the request of the client, without ever talking to me.
