Unloading. You go to the reception, where they stamp the docks and immediately go to the warehouse, they say which ramp, unloaded and go ahead. They unloaded quickly.

I took an extra morning off to receive the shipment, which was supposed to arrive between 9am and 2pm. Only nobody came. Nobody came in the afternoon either. There was no notification or anything like that either. Very, very annoying.
