Booked through Hornbach, came 2 months earlier than announced...okay. Deliveries are only made between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Great, so had to take vacation for it. Appointment was kept, but the driver came without ringing and just put half a ton somewhere in our driveway... without asking where. As he left, without asking, he simply grabbed a Euro pallet from a stack that was in our garden and was intended for something completely different. Unbelievable! If I hadn't heard the noise, it would have disappeared without a sign. And I had not given a parking permit! That's no way.

Twice shifted by the forwarding agent or not delivered on the agreed date. Because the delivery didn't fit on the truck early when it was loaded, it couldn't deliver on the agreed day in the afternoon!?! What does the dispatcher think that everyone is at home all week and just waiting for the Raben forwarding company???? Incredibly arrogant behavior. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars.

Nice, helpful employees, everyone has a smile on their face, even the big boss there has kept his feet on the ground, which cannot be said of other branch managers in the region. Highly Recommended.

I had ordered laminate via Hornbach. The whole thing involved some extra work, but that's not the fault of the forwarding company (shipment weight twice as high, since Hornbach delivered 26 more packages of laminate than booked). In this respect, delivery on the notified day was no longer possible. I then picked it up myself. Support both on the phone and on site very friendly and fast.
