One star is still too much. I've been waiting for my article for two weeks. After a phone call they said it had been delivered, which is not the case and according to the shipment tracking - the delivery was not in the planned time window.

Unfortunately, I can only confirm the negative reviews here! Very bad and unreliable shipping company. Agreements are not kept package lost, 14 days needed for a standard transport within DE, Parcel just left outside the front door in the rain + driver just returned to the truck and drove away + didn't wait, Parcel damaged... One star is still too many I have never experienced anything like this!! 6-‼️
