GLS (Depot 80), Erding. GLS Depot & Paketshop

If your package is stuck somewhere in Erding, this the place where you can find it. The personnel is very nice, 5 stars. But the overall experience with GLS is zero starts. They were making attempts to deliver, but no note was left, no SMS was sent. I found about the delivery issues through the track code provided by Vodafone. Since it was my router they were delivering, I ended up going to the different town to pick up my package. Bless 9 euro ticket, it did not cost me anything.

Package lost and not delivered after 30 days. No one speaks English, no one answers the phone, incredible.

Package was not delivered. The tracking says the package was dropped off at around 11am. Package could not be found. GLS usually doesn't come to me until around 6 p.m. The driver was probably too lazy to go to the address and let the package disappear. Only bad experience with GLS!

Total failure...I was at home all day on both days my package was supposed to be delivered. No attempt was made to deliver, but I wrote twice that the driver could not find me. Parcel was delivered to almost 40 km depot.

Sender did not misspell any name, which is why the delivery did not work. But because I needed the package urgently, I drove straight to the depot. The very nice employee Mrs. Kremer then looked for the package especially for me. Thanks very much!
