I came across this roastery by accident on the internet. Since I always like to order from smaller roasters throughout Germany and try new things, I ordered 3x different 500g beans. The selection and quantity (weight) are very versatile, so you can order everything perfectly fitting. When the package arrived on 2/22/22, I was surprised as the label said the roast date was 2/21/22. It doesn't get any fresher than that. I haven't experienced that before. A few days yes, but right before shipping, that's great! The bean pattern is nice and even and I could not directly identify bad beans or breakage. I can't judge the taste as everyone has different tastes. But I like it very tasty from the fully automatic machine with the appropriate settings.
