One big catastrophe! Every 2-3 shipment will be delivered late. You don't get any help in the form of special trips either. You either have to pick it up yourself or wait 1-2 days for delivery. This has nothing to do with Express! Unfortunately, I'm not the client, so I can't change the express service either.

Catastrophe one star is still too much. Package cannot be delivered, call afterwards, which costs 40 cents / min for cell phone credit should be a free hotline. Then nobody answers, called 5 times. New delivery date agreed, let's see if it works. Delivered to the collection point or neighbors, DHL does that too, wouldn't go because Express blah blah blah. I would advise the shop where I ordered to switch to DHL or another delivery agent.

Hello, I was a delivery driver for 16 years. It couldn't have been that bad. Of course, things can be organized better. The customers who complain might just ask their driver why he leaves the goods outside? Just talk to each other. All just people ... :-) Works great, rarely had stress with my customers. !!!
