Unfortunately we reached one of the worst and arrogant service guy on phone! Not helpful at all and refused to talk to the client when we met serious issues which caused actually by them! Our goods are only further and further from where we are! After 14 days we still haven't seen any good sign yet ,especially the time they promised was about 5 days! What they promised doesn't mean anything, totally unreliable! So guys, be very aware of this company, never choose TNT if you have any other choices!!!
